• By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase the listed product
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
• Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citysoko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. For EU and UK users, applicable consumer protection regulations take precedence where they conflict with these terms.
