Delivery timeframes
- Kenya: 3–7 business days (standard), 1–2 days (express, Nairobi metro)
- East Africa: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 14–25 business days
Shipping costs
Orders over KES 104,000 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view shipment status in your account under Order History. Large or freight items may use third-party logistics with separate tracking portals.
Duties & customs
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
